Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Policy Analyst 4 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial GEOINT, strategic planning, and policy development. This role involves advising on and assisting with strategic planning, business analysis, and supporting GEOINT analytic activities. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise in strategic planning, policy, and business analysis. Support GEOINT analytic activities and resources at the strategic and operational levels. Develop strategy documentation and guidance to support management processes. Facilitate cross-office engagements and requirements planning. Conduct business analytics and metrics to measure success. Ensure quality in the development, design, and delivery of commercial GEOINT products or services. Act as the interface between NGA, NSG customers, and source providers. Support policy development and enforcement for commercial remote sensing systems. Coordinate positions on commercial remote sensing system license requests. Provide secretariat support to the NGA-led Commercial Remote Sensing Working Group. Review and revise management and governance policies, instructions, standards, and best practices. Build productive relationships with senior leaders, workforce, and collaborating partners.
