talented and proactive3D Visualization Artist/Hard Surfaceto join
our team supporting Physical Security Information Management (PSIM)
systems deployed globally. The ideal candidate will support the
development, and integration of digital media, site surveys, CAD
as-builts, and geospatial products that support the design,
deployment, and operation of complex security systems. This role
requires a unique combination of creative expertise and technical
knowledge of physical and technical security systems. Key
Responsibilities: Produce photorealistic 3D site models and other
assets utilizing a wide variety of source data including photo
surveys, architectural as-builts, aerial imagery and terrain data.
Read, interpret and process architectural drawings to accurately
model large scale real-world environments Design and develop
solutions for user functionality inside the PSIM application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
operations, and security stakeholders, to translate requirements
into visual assets. Work independently to identify, troubleshoot,
and resolve challenges in digital media workflows and PSIM
functionality. Conduct proactive outreach to internal teams and
external partners to identify solutions and optimize visual content
for PSIM deployments. Ensure visual content aligns with system
functionality, user experience, and security standards. Required
Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a 3D Modeler, Digital
Media Specialist, or similar role in technical, architectural or
security-focused environment. Proficiency in 3D modeling and
animation software, including: Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD, 3dsMax,
Revit) Unity Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop,
Illustrator, Premiere Pro) Global Mapper Ability to read,
interpret, edit and process architectural drawings. Ability to
read, interpret and process aerial imagery and terrain data (DTED)
for the production of geospatial content. Strong problem-solving
skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication
skills and willingness to proactively engage with stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-check and QA.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with visual PSIM platforms and
security system architectures. Experience creating visual
simulations for architecture visualization, security operations or
virtual training scenarios. Experience in creating content for
real-time game engines. Knowledge of CAD software and technical
documentation. Knowledge of geospatial products such as aerial
imagery or terrain data (DTED). Familiarity with legacy modeling
tools such as Presagis Creator. Experience integrating 3D assets
