Job Description:

Avineon is seeking a -Systems Administrator to add to our dynamic team of IT professionalsWe are seeking a qualified candidate with at least five years of experience in systems administration and analysisThe successful candidate will support our client's network with system administration and production support by proactively maintaining and improving the performance and availability of key applications.
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of server and system hardware and software.
Plan, implement, and maintain system configuration and manage installation and integration of systems fixes, updates, and enhancements in accordance with established configuration management procedures.
Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media and locations.
Support efforts to migrate servers to Amazon Web Services.
Support efforts to migrate workstations on the Windows platform.
Prepare technical specifications and documentation as necessary to support cybersecurity efforts.
Recommend technical standards and policies and solutions as needed.
Coordinate with technical personnel of vendors for troubleshooting, maintaining, and implementing software and hardware components.
Analyze system performance statistics and make changes to attain maximum system performance.
Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for users when necessaryBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline.
At least five years of experience in systems administration and analysis.
