Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  
• 
  Develop Site Collections, Site Pages, Site Hubs, and SharePoint Apps by performing requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
  
  
• 
  Develop user interfaces and branding of SharePoint
  
  
• 
  Develop standard operating procedures and user documentation related to SharePoint
  
  
• 
  Design and develop complex solutions utilizing Power Automate and/or Power Apps that meet customer requirements
  
  
• 
  Research new and complex SharePoint solutions to meet customer requirements
  
  
• 
  Other duties as assigned or required
  
  
• 
  Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis
  
  
• 
  Work with project stakeholders daily
  
  
• 
  Perform using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions
  
  
• 
  Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code using JavaScript and/or TypeScript
  
  
• 
  Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation
  
  
• 
  Provide customer support and assistance with troubleshooting, resolving SharePoint and/or SharePoint Online (SPO) site errors, permissions, and content migration
  
  
• 
  Maintain product test sites and collections for demos and training purposes
  
  
• 
  Protect operations by keeping information confidential
  
  
• 
  Actively participate in product design reviews and configuration change boards, providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment
  
  
  Requirements
  MINIMUM TANGIBLE REQUIREMENTS:

    18 years old or older
    
    
  • 
    Able to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
    
    
  • 
    Currently enrolled in an accredited or pre-accredited institution and be considered at least a rising sophomore at time of starting internship
    
    
  • 
    Minimum 2.8 GPA
    
    
  • 
    Experience with basic office tasks and software including Microsoft Office.
    
    
  • 
    Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills.
    
    
  • 
    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    
    
  • 
    Must be diligent, hardworking and able to work in a professional office environment.
    
    
  • 
    Desire to gain professional experience
    
    
  • 
    Eagerness to learn.
    
    
  • 
    Accepted by or currently working towards a bachelor's degree in one of the following majors* (at the start of the internship):

    OR enrolled in an associate's degree in one of the above courses of study at the school that has a matriculation agreement with an accredited institution that offers a bachelor's degree

    Other majors in a technical field may be considered with applicable experience

    Experience with SharePoint/Microsoft 365
    
    
  • 
    Experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (may include SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean, etc.)
    
    
  • 
    Possess expert knowledge of SharePoint 2016, 2019 and/or SharePoint Online platform versions, and M365 full application suite to include but not limited Power Apps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, TEAMS)
