• 8 Years with Bachelors Degree
• 3 Years with Masters Degree Experience in the coordination of program and project leaders to identify requirements for system architecture. Will be able to identify strategies for addressing requirements. Is responsible for communicating design choices to software developers, including but not limited to: platforms, coding and technical levels. Will follow standards and practices and help with augmentation for the future. Has software development experience and thorough knowledge of a variety of programming languages and logic. Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Dynamics 365 Certification is a plus. The Solution Developer has experience in:
• Developing the features and capabilities, including Source Code, as work items that were established in the Sprint Plan.
• Coordinating and supporting demonstration of the sprint activities and review/demonstrate acceptance criteria with the project team and key stakeholders at the end of each sprint.
• Participating in a Sprint Retrospective at the end of the Sprint to capture team performance and lessons learned.
