Our client is currently seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER with a food manufacturing company in Sterling VA.This company has great growth potential, diverse culture and competitive salaryThis job will have the following responsibilities:Leads, directs and coordinates the Human Resource policies and programs efficiently while managing Direct reports.Manage and direct the following areas, employee relations, recruitment, development and retention of employees.This position will also manage the Sanitation Department for office operations.Be an active member in the plants safety, update daily injury reports and investigate injuries while maintaining OSHA compliant.Guide line management in day-to-day performance by coaching, counseling, career development and also disciplinary actions.Requirements/Skills:Bachelors PreferredSHRM or Professional in Human Resources certificate preferred5 years of progressive Human Resource experienceManage HR functions of large groups of 200+ peopleKnowledge of employment laws including, OSHA and EEO regulationsUI871485
