Start Date: 2/2/2026 End Date: 7/30/2026 Shift Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 AM 5 PM; Tuesday
11 AM 7 PM (possible flex on Tuesday hours) Hours: 8-hour shifts Call: None Facility Information Practice Setting: Outpatient Support Staff: 12 Patient Age Group: Adults & Some Cooperative Pediatrics EMR / Charting Software: Dentrix Clinical Scope Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures Root Canals Simple and Surgical Extractions Invisalign Hygiene Checks Implant Placement and Implant Restoration Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience preferred but
not required Providers can refer out complex cases as needed Additional Perks: Travel Malpractice covered
