The Position - The Interim ICU Director will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations within the 16-bed department. - Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Interim ICU Director will focus on ongoing initiatives including policies and procedures, staff stabilization, bed availability, patient care, and quality measures. - Seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in ICU leadership and experience in optimizing departmental KPIs. This leader must be someone who can effectively mentor staff while encouraging collaboration and driving stability throughout the department. - We're offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for this role* - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - BSN is required; master's degree is preferred. - Active D.C. RN license and/or willingness to apply immediately is required. - BLS and ALS certifications are required. - A minimum of Seven years of clinical nursing experience is required. - A minimum of three years of nursing management experience is required. Compensation Details - Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. - The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
