Job Description:
Job Description Are you looking to join a genuinely progressive,
privately owned veterinary group where high clinical standards,
collaboration, and personal interests are truly supported? Atlas is
proud to be partnering with an established, multi-doctor small
animal hospital group in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, who are
expanding their team and welcoming an Associate Veterinarian to
join them across their two growing locations. These hospitals are
well respected within the community and known for delivering
thoughtful, high-quality medicine in modern, purpose-built
environments. Both sites are fully equipped with digital and dental
radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratories, and dedicated
surgical and dental suites, allowing you to practice efficiently
and to a high standard. The teams are well structured, with
experienced technicians, attentive client care staff, and a
collaborative group of veterinarians who enjoy sharing ideas and
supporting one another. What makes this opportunity particularly
unique is the breadth of medicine practiced across the two
locations. One hospital offers acupuncture and Traditional Chinese
Medicine examinations, providing an excellent opportunity for
veterinarians with an interest in integrative care or those keen to
expand their skill set in this area. The second location is
preparing to move into a brand-new facility this fall, with plans
to significantly expand services, including the introduction of
I-131 capabilities—an exciting step for any clinician interested in
advanced diagnostics and treatment options. You’ll have the freedom
to shape your caseload around your interests, whether that’s
surgery, internal medicine, integrative care, or preventative
medicine. With a loyal client base, excellent support, and a
sensible schedule, this role is designed to help you thrive
clinically without sacrificing work-life balance. Mentorship is
available for newer graduates, while experienced veterinarians will
appreciate the autonomy, trust, and openness of leadership. Key
