Job Description & Requirements Interim Director, Women's Services StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $165000.00 - $175000.00 Join a Maryland hospital as their next Interim Director of Women's Services! ? The Position - The Interim Director of Women's Services will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations throughout the department(s). - The Interim Director will be responsible for leading approximately 85 FTEs and will oversee three units including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery while providing a wide range of patient care. - This leader will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including patient experience/patient satisfaction scores, mentorship, employee engagement, compliance/quality assurance, and staffing. - This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department. - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree is required. - Active Maryland (MD) RN license is required. Compensation Details - Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. - The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
