Evaluate patients' functional status and occupational roles using specialized assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Implement therapeutic activities to aid in the development or recovery of daily living skills Educate patients and families on home modifications and adaptive techniques Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic care Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards Strong skills in patient assessment and treatment Expertise in developing and executing targeted therapy plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle emotionally charged situations Proficiency with occupational therapy technology and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist NBCOT certification (preferred)
