Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our network that serves 42 states across the
U.S., providing comprehensive healthcare both in facilities and
through home-based care. This role focuses on managing dialysis
treatments for patients with kidney failure and requires a
compassionate approach to handling the critical care needs of our
diverse patient population. With Encompass Health, you will find a

patient independence. Evaluate and prepare patients before dialysis
treatment. Ensure the dialysis machine and other medical equipment
function adequately. Administer dialysis treatments according to
physician prescriptions. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions
and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Communicate with
multidisciplinary team members, including patient updates and
changes. Educate patients and their families about treatment and
kidney disease management. Maintain accurate documentation of all
treatments and patient observations. Strong expertise in dialysis
treatment and procedures. Proficient in using dialysis machines and
supporting medical devices. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to respond effectively to
emergencies. Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on patient

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certification for
Dialysis Nurses (CDN) preferred.
