Job Description *Anesthesia openings in Richmond, Indiana * - Practice is located 30 miles from Dayton, Ohio & 70 miles from both Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Position Details: Full-time, permanent Hospital employed position Practice philosophy based on teamwork and equality Join group of 13 cardiologists and 6 Nurse practitioners Primary call 1:11 Main campus includes: inpatient/mother baby unit, inpatient and outpatient surgery Independent contractor model (1099) Epic EMR 14 Operating rooms Inpatient/Outpatient ASA with opportunity Surgery Center No neurosurgery No CRNAs or supervision The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. 221 bed level 3 trauma center Hybrid compensation model with daily base rate and production component allowing for high income potential.
