Job Description:

dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Chemotherapy
Infusion team. In this role, you will be integral in administering
chemotherapy, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring the
highest standards of safety and care. This position is ideal for
those looking for flexible working hours in a patient-centered
environment focused on innovative cancer treatment. Administer
chemotherapy treatments according to established guidelines.
Monitor patient condition continuously during infusion and react to
any adverse reactions. Coordinate with oncology doctors and other
healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment
expectations and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient
records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare
regulations. Proficiency in IV therapy and chemotherapy
administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle
emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. Chemotherapy certification preferred (e.g., ONS/ONCC
Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate). Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification.
