Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Glen Burnie, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,489 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience License: Active Registered Nurse license required Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: - Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS required - Recent specialty experience Description: This position involves providing, coordinating, and directing the provision of home nursing care based on physician's orders. The nurse will apply the nursing process competently according to agency policies and procedures. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses. Travel is required for home visits and periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance. Average number of patients per day ranges from 5 to 10, equating to roughly 6 to 8 points. Weekly productivity expectations include achieving 30 points. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-Up Visits, etc. The candidate must be comfortable with traveling up to 75 miles from the home base. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. The nurse must accept every patient on their schedule regardless of distance to previous appointments. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient appointment. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Weekly productivity points must be achieved to meet financial needs.
