We specialize in sports medicine, joint replacement, arthroscopy, work-related injuries, and advanced orthopedic care, partnering closely with patients to deliver efficient, coordinated treatment close to home. About the Role: Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking an experienced RN to lead clinical operations across our outpatient orthopedic surgery center. This leadership role is responsible for driving excellent patient outcomes, supporting and developing clinical staff, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations in a fast-paced surgical environment. Key Responsibilities ? Lead day-to-day nursing operations across Pre-Op, OR, PACU, and Post-Op ? Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff and clinical technicians ? Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and resource allocation ? Oversee patient care from admission through discharge ? Ensure patient safety, clinical documentation accuracy, and emergency preparedness ? Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and administrative leadership ? Monitor surgery schedules, case flow, and operational efficiency ? Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards ? Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice Qualifications ? Active RN license in good standing ? Leadership experience in ASC, perioperative, or surgical services preferred ? Strong knowledge of pre-op, intra-op, and post-op workflows ? Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills ? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ?
