Job Description Job Description Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Arlington VA Urgently Hiring Full time or Part time We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at our office in Arlington VA. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing high-quality comprehensive patient care to join our team. We are looking for a compassionate, yet driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide focused exams and care, helping patients improve their functioning and mobility and improve their quality of life. Duties include caring for those suffering from joint pain/injuries and conditions and the incoming PA/NP will be providing comprehensive health care, addressing our patients main concerns. Ideally, the incoming provider has experience with ultrasound guided joint and muscular injections, but we will provide training if needed. We would prefer a part time candidate but for the right person would consider a full time position. About us: We are an integrated medical clinic specializing in orthopedic conditions and neuropathy. We are an integrated team of Physical therapists, Nurse practitioners, and amazing support staff and we collaborate to provide comprehensive care to the community of Arlington, VA for almost 15 years. We have a knowledgeable and reputable team, that provides specific care to enhance and improve performance and allow everyone to reach their individual goals. Our approach to health care focuses on addressing each one of our patients concerns, whether chronic or acute, and treating them directly for optimal patient care and satisfaction. Duties: Patient Evaluation and consultation- review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit Ortho/neuro exams, neuropathy exams, functional assessments Develop and implement treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs Educate patients on diagnosis, potential treatment options, lifestyle changes, and rehab/modalities Treatments to include US guided joint, regen med, trigger point, and muscular injections, IV therapies (we will provide training) Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, and chart patient’s progress Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude Requirements: Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program PA/NP License in VA Phlebotomy, IV placements, joint injection, and trigger point injection experience preferred but we will provide training Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday (office hours are M/W 9-7 and T/TH 6-4) Salary (range): $75-$85/hour Benefits (full time only): PTO/Vacation 3 weeks 401k Professional advancement with training for Part time or Full time We are looking to change the world, helping people find their best health and their path to wellness through excellent care.
