The Home Health RN Supervisor assures high quality care is coordinated between services and client's needs are identified and addressed. HOURS: Part-time 16-24 hours weekly Full-time 32-40 hours a weekly REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experience preferred Hold current and unrestricted RN license valid in Virginia required Super organized Detail oriented Excellent writing skills Ability to get along with others Effective interpersonal communication Excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in Word and other like programs, operating computers and establishing work flow Working knowledge of private duty nursing preferred Adult/pediatric trach and vent experience preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: The RN Home Health Supervisor will collaborate with the Case Manager and Director of Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
