Title: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Department:
Clinical Location: Baltimore, Maryland Reports to: Clinical

(PGIC) is a non-profit organization serving individuals with
medical, mental health, and substance use disorders. Our mission is
to provide high-quality, patient-centered care with integrity,
collaboration, and community outreach. Qualifications: Masters
degree in counseling or a related field. Full licensure through the
Maryland Department of Health Board of Professional Counselors and
Therapists as an LCPC, meeting all board requirements and able to
practice independently. Minimum of 1 year of experience in
diagnostics, care coordination, treatment planning, individual and
group therapy, and plan of care development. Experience with art
therapy, evidence-based interventions, and short-term skills
development. Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to work
with diverse populations. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism,
and exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Experience with
mental health and substance use disorders, including comprehensive
clinical assessments. Responsibilities: Provide individual and
group therapy, offering psychosocial support and education.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing,
problem-solving, and art therapy. Conduct client activation,
assessment, diagnosis, advocacy, and delivery of counseling
services in clinical and telehealth settings. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, client-centered care.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing
professional development. Complete special projects assigned by
