Provides training to new hires virtually and in person. Essential duties and responsibilities: include the following, as well as other duties as directed by management: Clinical Conduct in person supervision of staff and clients Observe students and update programing at least 10% of all of their hours Create innovative programs and initiatives Train family members, teachers, and other providers on implementation of behavioral interventions. Update at least once every 6 months Provide emergency response and crisis intervention as needed Conduct intake assessments and FBAs as needed Provide written and verbal feedback to ABA therapists at each supervision session Attend IEP meetings for clients as needed and collaborate with other providers as appropriate Participate in research studies as available Other tasks as assigned Administrative Support Support with creating insurance renewal reports for reauthorizations etc Training Support May lead lecture style training for new hires virtually (trainings are pre-made and are 2-3 hours each) Shadow in person and virtually client sessions with new hires Education/Experience Requirements: Masters degree required BCBA credential required Physical requirements: Must be able to sit on the floor Must be able to run after a student Language Skills: Must speak and understand English Technical Requirements: Must be proficient in gsuites (gmail, google calendar, and google meet) Benefits: Paid time off for full-time and part-time employees Sick leave for full-time and part-time employees DC Family Paid Leave W-2 employee Access to free CEUs Skills: Must have excellent supervisory skills and the ability to teach and coach a variety of adult learners Must have excellent clinical skills Ability to follow processes and procedures and document things correctly Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills Maintain professionalism, encourage and enforce appropriate boundaries, and give, receive, and implement feedback Must be willing to learn to navigate new systems as needed Versatility, flexibility Work Environment: Travel to client homes throughout DC, train virtually, sometimes supervise remotely. No office location. Business hours are M-F days a week 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
