Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.Position Details - Full-time, permanent - Employed - 26-member, multi-specialty group including internal medicine, family practice, ENT, anesthesia, dermatology, general surgery, pediatrics, ophthalmology, occupational medicine, OB/GYN, pathology, urology, primary care/sports medicine and 10 allied health providers including a certified athletic trainer - Call is 1:4; close ties to 10-surgeon orthopedic section in Duluth - Surgical services and admissions to Regional Medical Center, an 83-bed hospital and 116-bed convalescent, state-of-the-art facility - 16-bed CARF accredited inpatient rehab unit, on site GE multi slice CT scanner, on site MRI, free-standing community based physical and occupational therapy
