Job Description:
Job Description A Career Where Your Skill Actually Matters There
is a moment most CLT-trained physical therapists remember clearly.
You are standing with a patient who needs your full attention, your
hands, your clinical reasoning, your experience. And instead of
being fully present, you are watching the clock, thinking about
documentation, or preparing for the next stacked appointment. That
is not how you were trained. That is not why you invested in
advanced lymphedema education. And it is not the level of care you
believe patients deserve. Many highly trained clinicians end up in
environments where volume outweighs judgment, where templated
treatment replaces clinical reasoning, and where meaningful,
hands-on care gets rushed in the name of productivity. You chose
physical therapy to practice with intention, depth, and impact. At
Liberty Rehabilitation Specialists in San Antonio, that version of
physical therapy still exists. Here, your skill is not diluted.
Your specialty is not sidelined. And your clinical voice is
respected. This is a practice built around time, trust, and
advanced care so you can treat the way you know works best, for
your patients and for yourself. What Makes Liberty Different

practice, grow, and show up each day. This is that step. Submit
your resume through Indeed, and a member of the Liberty
