ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Washington, District of Columbia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR Job Details: • Work 3 or 4 x 12-hour shifts per week • Day shift hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Evening hours: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM • Majority of shifts are day shifts with up to two weeks of evening shifts during six-week schedule • 6 on-call shifts per 6-week schedule required • 1 weekend shift and/or 1 holiday per 6-week schedule • Float to general surgery when no cardiac cases available • 2 years of experience required with knowledge of aseptic technique, case cart, and scrubbing • Experience with cardiac and vascular surgical cases required • BLS certification required, ACLS preferred • Crash cart and XI Robotics experience preferred • Experience preferred in multiple surgical specialties including General, Ortho, Urology, Thoracic, Neuro, Transplant, and others • Trauma Level I experience preferred • Must work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Daily census of 40 patients across 21 rooms • Scrubs provided by facility • Flu vaccine required with no exemptions • Two supervisor references required Facility: This major medical center operates a comprehensive cardiovascular and surgical program with state-of-the-art technology including Da Vinci Xi Surgical Systems and advanced cardiac equipment.
