(1:1 support) Positions Available: Multiple. Schedule: Monday to
Friday: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00
PM Saturday & Sunday: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Evening Shift:

developmental disabilities. About the Role: We are seeking a
compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Home Health Support DSP to join our
team at Guardian Residential Services Llc in Sterling, VA. As a
DSP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in
the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities, and be a part of a supportive and inclusive work
environment. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support and
assistance to individuals with daily living activities Implement
individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies Assist
with medication administration and documentation Support
individuals in community integration and participation in
recreational activities Communicate effectively with individuals,
their families, and other members of the support team Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with
individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass
background check and drug screening Compassionate and patient
