MN, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-centered Urologist

Highlights * Collaborative Environment: Join a 26-member,
multi-specialty group that includes internal medicine, family
practice, ENT, anesthesia, dermatology, general surgery,
pediatrics, ophthalmology, occupational medicine, OB/GYN,
pathology, primary care/sports medicine, and 10 allied health
providers, including athletic trainers and an on-site radiologist.
* Team-Oriented: Work closely with our existing in-house Urologists
in a supportive and collaborative setting. * Established Practice:
Step into a well-established practice with potential outreach
opportunities. * Comprehensive Care: Provide a broad scope of
Urology services to a diverse patient population, including adults
and some pediatric/teen patients. * Modern Facilities: Enjoy a
state-of-the-art clinic with a beautiful view of a golf course,
featuring full-service amenities such as a laboratory, radiology,
retail pharmacy, optical shop, physical therapy, occupational
therapy, speech therapy, Cancer Center, Regional Heart Center with
CHF clinic, and warfarin clinic. * Advanced Technology: Work in a
facility certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both Inpatient and
Ambulatory services, equipped with a Davinci robot, GE multi-slice
CT scanner, and a new 1.5 Tesla MRI. * Call Schedule: Benefit from
a balanced call schedule of 1:7 weekdays and 1:7 weekends.
Requirements * Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology: We
welcome both experienced professionals and recent graduates. *
Pediatric Experience: While not required, experience with pediatric
patients is a plus. COMPENSATION: * $586,744. Hired candidates may
be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of
bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
