Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 3 years minimum experience required; acute care nursing experience required; inpatient or outpatient care experience required; case management experience preferred. License: Active MD or Compact License required Certifications: BLS preferred; CPI certificate required. Must-Have: - Candidates must have two satisfactory professional references from recent employers: one supervisor or manager and one charge RN. - Candidates must float within the facility without restrictions or special requests as long as it is within their experience scope. - Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for submission. - Return travelers must be away for at least 6 months before reapplying. - Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as a traveler. Description: This position is for a Case Manager. Shifts are five days a week, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays required. All candidates should have acute care nursing experience. Inpatient or outpatient care experience is also required. Case management experience is preferred. Candidates will be responsible for managing patient care and coordinating appropriate services. Floating to different areas within the facility may be required. BLS certification is preferred, and CPI certification is necessary for compliance. References from recent employers are required to ensure qualifications.
