Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, CVICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-DC Certifications: BLS; NRP References: 1 Reference in entire work history LVAD RN would preferably have significant CVICU and LVAD experience. If the RN does not have CVICU experience, LVAD/Heart Failure experience is required.
