Job Description GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Washington, District of Columbia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel 240858 - ID Start Dates: 5/5 - 13-week contract - Hours: 40 hours - - Expected to work 40 hours per week. - The req will indicate the weekend requirement. - OT Opportunities? Not allowed - Float Requirements? Must be flexible - Extension Opportunities? - Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max? all RTO needs to be approved in advance, and they will need to make up any time off - On-Call Requirement? no call requirement - Holiday Requirements/Specifics? - Certs: BLS - License: RN License - Experience: - 2 years of experience - MUST have Home Health and Hospice experience - Must have HCHB/OASIS experience - Oasis E - after Jan 2023 experience is required - No more than 1 year gap - All documentation due same day - Homecare Homebase (Productivity points, minimum average 26-28) - That could mean 3 people or 7 people - About 20-25 cases per week. 5-7points per day - Absolute must - true home health experience, HCHB/Oasis documentation Overview:/nWashington DC - 60-mile radius/nFacility size: Varies - home-based care/nScrub Color Requirement: any color/nPPE: TBD/nParking: TBD/nPay Cycle: Monday-Sunday/nEMR: HCHB/Oasis/nMust have HCHB/OASIS experience/nCase types:/n/nHomecare/nHome Health/nHospice/nRN/nOrientation: About 2-3 days of orientation. Modules, get an intro to the team/n/nOther Details:/nOnce a week they have to go into the office (Usually Tue, Wed and Thur).
