SaVida Health's care model includes medical care, counseling, comprehensive toxicology testing, case management and medical management of psychiatric medications. SaVida provides compassionate and individualized treatment programs to support those with substance use disorder.DESCRIPTIONExhibits high levels of customer service, compassion, professionalism and empathy to all patients at all times, embracing the Harm Reduction philosophy of treatment for patients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD)Works closely with the center administrator and medical receptionist in scheduling appointments and oversees patient flow in the office, practicing safe and healthy control methods while working with patientsParticipates in provider meetings and staff meetings as determined by the Medical DirectorInterprets test results to diagnose any health issues and provides feedback to patientsCounsels patients regarding medication complianceCompletes patient evaluations and physical exams with thorough, timely documentation to include coordination of carePatient follow up visits to include detailed, timely documentation including patients' progress with medication and/or treatmentContacts patients' PCPs and/or specialists when necessaryReviews any unusual medication adjustments with the Medical DirectorPOSITION REQUIREMENTSEMR software experienceCurrent license with prescriptive authority in good standingDEA CertificatePrior experience with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment preferredEOE STATEMENTWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
