ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Full-TimeLocation: Solutions Physical Therapy Sports MedicineAddress: 225 Reinekers Lane Suite GR 4, Alexandria, VA 22314Overview:Solutions Physical Therapy Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Orthopedic/Sports clinic in Alexandria, VA. Located conveniently near King Street Station and across from Whole Foods in Old Town Alexandria, this privately-owned practice offers free underground parking for staff.The clinic emphasizes manual therapy and functional exercise, with a strong focus on mentorship, training, and team collaboration.Caseload/Patient Population: 70% general orthopedics, 30% sports for patients of all ages. PTs typically see 11-12 patients per day.Work Schedule: The clinic operates Monday through Friday. Schedule includes: 2 days a week from 7 am to 3:30 pm 2 days a week from 11:30 am to 8 pm Fridays alternate between 7 am to 3:30 pm and 10 am to 6:30 pm. No weekends or holidays required.Compensation Benefits: Salary: Starting at $80,000/year, with increases based on experience and productivity. Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance: Clinic covers 90% of the premium for employees and 50% for dependents (eligibility starts the first of the month after start date). 401k: 100% match up to 4% of salary (eligibility after 1 year). Continuing Education: Minimum of $1,500/year with unlimited Medbridge access. Additional Con-ed funds available. OCS, SCS prep tracks and residency options. PTO: 15 days annually for staff-level PTs. Holidays: 6 paid holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. APTA Dues: 50% covered. Malpractice Insurance. Paid parking in the building garage.Job Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing. Eligible for or currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in Virginia. New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required.
