Job Title: Operating Room Registered NurseInova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team in Alexandria, Virginia.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements:
  • Two years of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience as a Nurse Leader or Charge RN is preferred.
  • BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • BLS certification (AHA) required.
