Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICUInova Health System is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Alexandria, Virginia.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in our 20-bed ICU unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience and a strong background in critical care nursing.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiopulmonary failure, adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, and multi-organ dysfunction.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Minimum 1 year of ICU experience.
  • BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
