Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Intermediate Care position
at Inova Health System in Alexandria, Virginia, with a focus on

The Intermediate Care Unit is a fast-paced environment with a
dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional patient care and

The IMCU is a 20-bed acute care unit providing transition-level
care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including
respiratory disorders, medical disorders, and
ventilator/tracheostomy management. Key characteristics of the unit
include private patient care rooms, 1:3/4 nurse-to-patient ratios,
and a team approach with management support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Registered
Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting and a BSN from
an accredited school of nursing. BLS for Healthcare Provider
certification is required, and ACLS is strongly preferred.
