We are seeking a full-time RN Unit Supervisor for the Cardiac Vascular Neuro ICU at Inova Alexandria Hospital. This is a 16-bed unit focusing on vascular and neuro patient population. Communicates effectively and supports production of an environment of mutual trust.*Requirements:* One year of Registered Nurse (ICU) experience; Prefer charge nurse experience More than 2 years of Registered Nurse Clinical Experience specific to the focus of nursing unit preferred Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Education-BSN or MSN preferred, if Associates Degree then must be within one year of obtaining BSN or MSN. Completion of revised Charge Nurse Workshop within the first 90 daysPrevious leadership courses BLS required.
