Assesses, designs/plans, implements and evaluates educational programming for growth in knowledge, skills, practice and attitudes. Creates educational experiences for both new and experienced team members through integration of theoretical knowledge, evidence-based principles, and clinical nursing expertise. Evaluates educational outcomes and effectiveness of educational programs.
