This privately owned practice has a strong team-based culture with an emphasis on mentorship and training to facilitate personal and professional growth.Caseload/Patient Population:The caseload is a mix of general orthopedics (70%) and sports (30%) for all ages. The PT hired will see 11-12 patients per day.Work Schedule:The clinic is open Monday through Friday. The work schedule is 2 days a week 7 am-3:30 pm, 2 days a week 11:30 am to 8 pm. Fridays rotate between 7 am to 3:30 pm and 10 am to 6:30 pm.No weekends or holidays are required. Enjoy an excellent work/life balance!Compensation:Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary that starts at $76,000 per year and goes up based on experience and productivity.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance: the clinic pays 90% of the premium for employees and 50% for dependents. Eligibility starts on the first of the month after the start date.401k with 100% match up to 4% of gross salary. Eligibility starts after 1 year of employment.Annual Con-ed spending minimum of $1,500 per year and unlimited con-ed through Medbridge. Additional Con-ed money is available.OCS, SCS prep tracks, and residency options.15 days PTO annually for staff-level PTs.6 paid holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.50% of APTA dues.Malpractice Insurance.Paid company parking in a garage under the building.Job Requirements:Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).Eligible for or currently licensed in Virginia as a Physical Therapist.New Grad PTs will be considered. Prior experience is not required.Full-time is preferred.
