Medical Assistant - Urgent Care Alexandria VA MUST: Experienced Medical Assistant 2 plus years of experience Be Flexible to work urgent care hours Certifications: CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) by the American Association of Medical Assistants or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) is a plus CPR Certification American Heart Association Rooming and Scheduling DUTIES: The Medical Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Blood Draws EKGS Drug testing patients Rooming patients Answering phones Scheduling appointments Taking messages Taking vitals Charting Collect co-pays EMR Ordering supplies Verify Insurance Greeting patients Injections *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
