UVA Health Prince William and Haymarket Medical Center Inpatient Gastroenterologist Are you looking for an inpatient opportunity that offers a predictable consultation schedule? What about NP support for daytime rounding? Could you see yourself in a potential leadership role? Then look no further! UVA Health is seeking a full time inpatient Gastroenterologist for our newly formed, employed GI Hospitalist group. Successful candidate will enjoy a 7on, 7off schedule rounding and consulting on patients at our two community medical centers in Prince William and Haymarket, Virginia. Average daily census is four patient encounters per shift. Call is 24 hour 7pm to 7am off site. Our hospitals both offer a robust Endoscopy Suite where there is potential to perform Colonoscopies and Endoscopy procedures once a week. There is also strong support of our Hospital based Medicine support staff.
