OrthoVirginia, Virginia's largest provider of expert orthopedic and therapy care, is currently seeking a PRN, experienced Ideal Protein Coach to join our team! Must have medical office and supervisory experience. Position Summary Ideal Weight Loss Coach participates in all aspects of enrolling, scheduling, coaching clients using our Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method in a manner consistent with OrthoVirginia's mission of "Improve the musculoskeletal health and well-being of those who live in our communities." The coach works with potential dieters during the enrollment phase and then on a one-to-one basis when enrolled in the four-phase program. Primary Functions & Accountabilities Leads and provides one on one nutritional consultation and coaching sessions Conduct weekly educational meetings for existing and new clients Ensures members remain motivated to attain their personal health goals Record, organize and file clients progress in Excel Responsible for maintaining contact and a presence at each of our medical offices through posters, banners, brochures etc. Follow-up with potential client inquiries Responsible for inventory management, including ordering and stocking of products Provides accounting with monthly sales summaries Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent organization and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions with little supervision Ability to navigate basic computer skills including data entry, Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information. Position Preferences Bachelor's degree or certification in health management or other related fields 3 year of health and wellness experience
