Hospital Manager Responsibilities
The Hospital Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations and people management within our fast-paced, multi-doctor veterinary hospital. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining a healthy and engaged hospital culture
  
• Managing all aspects of people development, including training, onboarding, and career growth
  
• Supporting doctors through coaching, scheduling, and team development
  
• Hiring and staffing the hospital appropriately
  
• Partnering with clients to ensure positive experiences for them and their pets
  
• Addressing client concerns proactively
  
• Representing the hospital in the community through local events
  
• Meeting and exceeding business goals
  
• Managing P&L effectively, including costs of goods and labor
  
  Requirements
  

• 
  
• Previous P&L management experience with success in driving results and managing labor costs
  
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high-quality staff
  
• Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences
  
• Conflict management skills
  
• Experience leading a diverse team and fostering a positive environment
  
• Experience in a customer-focused veterinary, hospital, or retail environment
