  • Assist with the development and execution of business plans covering sales activities, revenue growth, and expense controls.
  • Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships
  • Identify prospective customers and generate leads to expand the business
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs
  • Provide updated sales promotions information to customers
  • Keep abreast with the market competitive advantage
  • Provide inputs and assistance in pricing model, quotations, and products improvementsIdeally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role:
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, whilst maintaining attention to detail

    • Ability to work with key stakeholders within Polyaire including Sales and Operational Teams
    • Proven ability to train, motivate, and support a team to achieve exceptional results.
    • Relevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry experience highly desirable
