We are hiring Management Analyst for a from scratch Revenue Management Systems (RMS) contract. The Analyst will be part of a team that will be responsible for all activities and efforts needed to design/develop, test, deploy, train, and operate & maintain/support the Revenue Management System (RMS). This position will be remote with travel to meetings with customer as needed in either Washington, D.C. or Alexandria, Virginia. This position will be responsible for analysis, change management and training.













Job Description









Serve as the primary business/requirements analyst, leading efforts in business process decomposition to ensure clear, actionable requirements.

• Act as the main point of entry for the software development team from the product owner team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of business needs.
• Implement best practices to maintain an organized and up-to-date backlog, such as obtaining necessary approvals before adding items to the JIRA backlog.
• Develop, interpret, and refine user stories, maintaining close collaboration with the government RMS PM and Product Owner to ensure all requirements are met.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX subject matter experts, developers, and testers, ensuring that requirements and user stories are accurately interpreted and effectively implemented in designs, test plans, and test cases.
• Lead training development and delivery efforts, providing Agile coaching and change management support to enhance the overall success of the RMS.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, especially in roles requiring business process decomposition.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, acting as a conduit between product management and technical teams.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and processes, including Scrum or SAFe.
