Overview:Clinical Director, Alexandria, VAPay: $100,000 - $120,000 per yearFull-Time, On-siteLocation: 7809 Schelhorn Rd, Alexandria VA 23306Schedule: 5 days/week with rotating on call some weekendsClinical Director: Creating Joy, Healing GenerationsWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to lead the clinical department at our new adolescent residential program. This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop the program from the ground up. Alongside our Executive Director and Program Director, the Clinical Director will be instrumental in driving the success of the program. Every day, the Clinical Director will oversee therapist development and will ensure successful program completion and deliver outstanding quality of care. To thrive in this job, you must have a desire to create joy and heal generations for adolescents and their families struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation.At Embark, our mission is to lead the way in driving teen and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide from the all-time highs of today to all-time lows by 2028.Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Program Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of the new residential program, ensuring it meets high standards of clinical excellence and aligns with our organizational values.Therapist Development: Lead and mentor a team of therapists, fostering their professional growth through training, supervision, and ongoing support. Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment.
