Job Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Marketing Manager near Fairfax, VA! The candidate will have excellent organizational and project management skills.** This role is not remote - the candidate must work in the office 2-3 days per week. **Responsibilities:Work with senior Director to develop specific marketing plans, coordinate execution internally with agency partners and draft materials as needed.Draft on-brand copy for marketing collateral and packaging.Serve as the department project manager - tracking team tasks, timelines, and reviews.Develop and manage marketing department timelines and processes within company product lifecycle.Manage marketing request form submissionsMaintain marketing knowledge base Educate departments on best ways to work with the marketing department (including processes and timelines).Provide on and off site support to Special Events Coordinator for tradeshows and corporate events.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required5-7 years professional experience in a corporate settingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
