About our team:
Deliver assigned projects on schedule aligned with the critical needs of the business vertical or external customer Proficient in all aspects, identifying, analyzing, tracking and monitoring, of the Program Management Body of Knowledge: Scope, Time, Risk, Cost, Quality, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Procurement and Integration. Construct the Work Breakdown Structure for the project; demonstrate proficiency in using project management software tools.

  Manage client-facing strategic initiatives and high impact implementations, applying strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement techniques, and project management principles.
  
  
• 
  Responsible for leadership of concurrent projects or programs that are cross-functional and have a high degree of complexity. They may be comprised of multiple projects, led by individual project managers across functional areas.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strategic thinking and provide insights related to the customer and aligned with the critical needs of the business vertical. Foster a customer-centric, quality-oriented culture while driving measurable business improvements.
  
  
• 
  Deliver executive level reporting for status, risk mitigation and issue resolution to senior leadership, stakeholders, steering committees, etc. with appropriate escalation, as needed.
  
  
• 
  Manage portfolio of complex projects for key customer accounts, potentially with multiple PMs (including customer teams) and several enterprise projects.
  
  
• 
  Develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders/customers across divisions (may include external customers) to maximize program effectiveness and influence.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of the Project Management Body of Knowledge including identifying, analyzing, tracking and monitoring. Additionally, have experience using Project Management tools, and the ability to successfully achieve quality metrics regarding the use of project artifacts and templates.
  
  
• 
  Manage all relationships necessary for a successful project team. Embrace the culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the team and broader organization .
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
    
    
  • 
    10+ years business focused project/program management experience
    
    
  • 
    5% Minimal travel required.
    
    
  • 
    PM certification required: PMI certification preferred. Agile Certification (DAD or SAFe) preferred. Enterprise Change Management certifications preferred.
    
    
  • 
    Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization, interacting, influencing, negotiating effectively with all levels of leadership and peers.
    
    
  • 
    Successfully demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with frequent and substantial priority changes, challenging timelines and major resource constraints.
    
    
  • 
    Ability to identify and scope process improvement opportunities through financial, statistical and logic-based analysis.
    
    
  •
