Job Description:

Essential Functions:
-Lead by example. Engaging, coaching and developing direct reports and team members. Support
through regular contact and check-ins to assess performance and adherence to company values
and standards and to ensure sufficient resources. Plan, and deliver appropriate orientation and
training to assure all staff have the opportunity to exceed expectations and reach their full
potential.
-Engage, coach and develop team members to be their best and to realize opportunities for
growth
-Maintain effective client and customer-centric relationships. Proactively communicate with the
client regarding operations and opportunities
-Foster safe and healthy environments for clients, customers and employees
-Lead all phases of financial planning, budget/costing analysis and reporting in order to achieve
operating and financial goalsWhat you will need:
-Bachelor's Degree or five to ten years related experience
-7+ Years experience in Contract Food Service Operations: Campus Dining with multiple retail
venues and high-end, year-round catering demands
-Strategic Leadership Skills
-Participative Management Style
