Business Development Manager The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy for Vintun LLC, a NHO 8a working primarily supporting DoD clients. Responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of Vintun's capabilities, past performance, and clients to be able to take the lead role engaging with current and potential clients or industry partners. Draft new marketing materials to support BD efforts. Create a revenue growth strategy and then execute on that strategy. Support proposal development and response efforts. This includes helping to manage, organize, write, QA/QC, etc. The candidate must possess strong Business Development experience with a proven track record of securing Federal Government contracts. The candidate will be expected to have relationships within the Federal Government space. The candidate is expected to be able to market Vintun's capabilities to secure direct award or competitive contracts. Vintun is a small business and needs a candidate that is motivated and willing to work in a small team environment where everyone pitches in to support the overall organization's goals. The candidate must be able to take the initiative to develop and execute plans that will directly lead to increased revenue. Physical Requirements: Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
