We support Government and prime system integrators with engineering and management expertise. Allegient Defense helps clients with challenging Science & Technology, Engineering Acquisition, and Program Management Mission requirements.
Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking for Program Manager to support one of our DoD clients.
The Program/Operations Manager acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for this effort. He/she will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
Duties include:
- Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.
- Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve effectiveness of service delivery and/or performance.
Requirements

• 
  
• 
  Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) in technical or business discipline; alternatively, Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience.
  
  
• 
  At least ten (10) years of experience in a managerial and/or lead business operations position.
  
  
• 
  TS active clearance required.
