Company: Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Project Manager. Position Responsibilities: In order to accomplish the required functions associated with this job, the Project Manager will perform the duties detailed below:

• Responsible for managing Learning Asset Development, Sustainment and Support task order project(s) at virtual locations.
• Duties include organizing, directing, and coordinating planning and production of task order projects.
• E nsures completion of task order projects within negotiated time frames and budget constraints.
• Meets and interacts with stakeholders and client representatives in accordance with the terms and conditions.
• Formulates and reviews task order project plans, ensuring conformity with requirements and standards of learning asset deliverables in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan.
• Determines costs and ensures conformity with terms and conditions. - Position Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Seven years of intensive and progressive experience managing the analysis, design, development, testing, quality, delivery, deployment, and support of DoD acquisition learning assets to include, but not limited to, classroom and on-line assets.
  • Four years of experience in a supervisory or program management position.
  • One year of experience supporting a significant Government project.
