Experienced Service Manager needed for a residential apartment community located in Alexandria, VA (Cityside at Huntington Metro - 570 units). Must be skilled at carpentry, appliance repair, HAVC, plumbing, electrical, oversee contractors, inventory control, and handle all aspects of day-to-day operations. Manage the maintenance team of five (5). Three (3) years related experience and/or training in residential property management is required. The ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance are a must. Computer literacy is essential.
